Motivation Monday: Jump in with Both Feet

Mondays are almost never easy and finding the energy to take on the dreaded first day of the can be a draining thought in and of itself. 

Rather than moaning and groaning about how awful Mondays can be, try giving Monday a run for it's money, grab it by the horns and take it on!
